Before Sale Questions

1. What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines?

We offer Free Shipping across Pakistan for all orders over Rs. 2,500. For orders under Rs. 2,500, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies. Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays), though it can take up to 7 working days during mega sales or peak shopping seasons.

2. Can I pay via Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide so you can pay conveniently in cash when your parcel is delivered to your home or office.

3. How do I know which size will fit me perfectly?

To find your ideal fit, please refer to the detailed Size Chart available on each product page. If you are between sizes or need specific measurements, feel free to message our team on WhatsApp at 0325-6533427 for personalized assistance.

4. What happens if I place my order late in the evening or on a weekend?

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed and shipped the next working day. Any orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the following working day.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to change your shipping address, item size, or cancel your order entirely, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call at 0325-6533427 before 4:00 PM. Once an order has been handed over to the courier service, we cannot make any changes.

After Sale Questions

1. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?

We are so sorry for the inconvenience! If your item is faulty, damaged, or doesn't match what you ordered, please email photographic evidence of the defect to zamahclothing08@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0325-6533427 within 7 days of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement for you.

2. Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit me?

Yes, you can exchange an item for a different size within 7 days of purchase, provided it is unworn and untampered with. You will need to send the product back to us via a traceable courier at your own expense. A standard fee of Rs. 200 will be charged to deliver your replacement parcel.

3. How do I apply for a refund, and how long does it take?

If your purchase meets our return criteria and you prefer a refund over an exchange, please return the item via a traceable courier. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that a fee of Rs. 250 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover original delivery charges.

4. Can I return or exchange items bought on sale?

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional events are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they arrived damaged or defective.

5. Why has my return or exchange request been declined?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The request is made after the 7-day deadline.
  • The product shows signs of wear, damage from use, or has been tampered with.
  • You returned the item without sending a written confirmation (via Email or WhatsApp) explicitly stating what item or size you want in exchange.
