1. Eligibility for Exchanges

All products purchased from Zamah Clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is different from what you actually purchased.

2. How to Raise a Dispute

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a claim.

Note: At Zamah Clothing, we review each dispute on a case-by-case basis and always strive to be fair to both parties.

3. Replacement Process

  • A replacement will be sent out in the event of a defective, faulty, or damaged item.

  • To process your claim, you are required to email photographic evidence of the defective product to zamahclothing08@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

4. Shipping & Handling Charges

  • Return Shipping: Customers must return the merchandise via a traceable delivery method (such as a reputable courier or registered post) at their own expense to our official address.

  • Size/Item Exchanges: A standard delivery charge of Rs. 200 will apply to the replacement parcel if you are changing an item or size.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Policy

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, refund requests will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Deduction: A fee of Rs. 250 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover original delivery charges.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for refunds.

6. Exclusions (When Returns/Exchanges are Not Supported)

Zamah Clothing reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange in certain scenarios, including but not limited to:

  • The exchange request is made outside the specified 7-day time frame.

  • The product is damaged due to wear, tear, or use.

  • The product has been tampered with or altered.

  • The customer returns the product but fails to explicitly specify their requested exchange item via a written email or WhatsApp chat as proof of conversation.
