Shipping policy

At Zamah Clothing, we are committed to delivering your favorite outfits to your doorstep quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms and guidelines below.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan (excluding Sundays).

  • Peak Season: During busy shopping seasons, holidays, or our mega sales events, delivery may take up to 7 working days.

2. Shipping Charges & Payment

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer convenient Cash on Delivery nationwide, so you can pay right when you receive your parcel.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders valued over Rs. 2,500.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of Rs. 250 will be charged on all orders under the value of Rs. 2,500.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped out the very same day via a registered courier service.

  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available working day.

4. Delivery Rules & Guidelines

  • Address Information: We deliver straight to the residential or office address you provide during checkout.

  • PO Boxes & Signatures: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. To ensure safe delivery, all parcels must be signed for upon receipt.

  • Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable, our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order at least twice to your specified address before returning it to our warehouse.
